Avila Spaces Atrium Saldanha

Avila Work City officially opened its doors at the Atrium Saldanha on 02/02/2022. This 640 square meter space, located on the second floor, is the first Portuguese coworking space integrated into a shopping centre. The inauguration event was attended by Armando Martins, chairman of the board of directors of Imosal SA (partner of Avila Spaces in the project) and representatives from various entities linked to the sector of entrepreneurship and culture of Lisbon, with emphasis on Diogo Moura, Councillor for Culture, Education, Economy and Innovation of CML. This space offers a variety of amenities, such as a Lounge area, individual and collaborative work zones, meeting rooms, booths for phone calls, a pantry, and a unique Cube room, a glass "aquarium" suspended above the commercial area of the Atrium Saldanha. It also features an amphitheatre for corporate events and product launches. Currently, the space is in soft opening and has an 80% occupancy rate.
