Our aim is to help you Manage and Promote your Space in the simplest way possible.

We understand that sometimes things are not always as clear as we would like them to be. Here are the answers to questions that we have received the most.

Currently we operate on a 100% commission-free basis. It is free to create a business account, and we don't charge you anything when you receive a booking request, or accept a booking.

We do have additional business solutions that we have developed to help you manage your space better, such as our Room Reservation feature, and we have ideas for way more interesting tools, which we will develop in the future. These features are not free, but are only turned ON when you decide you want to use them.

Bookings

Currently we operate on a 100% commission-free basis. It is free to create a business account, and we don't charge you anything when you receive a booking request, or accept a booking.

By the end of the year, we will be introducing the sales commissions system where the workspace commits to paying a commission for a closed sale (not referrals). The commission is 10% of the Gross Order Value of a user who makes a booking request through Nomad Cowork

We do have additional business solutions that we have developed to help you manage your space better, such as our Room Reservation feature, and we have ideas for way more interesting tools, which we will develop in the future. These features are not free, but are only turned ON when you decide you want to use them.

No. These leads are not confirmed bookings. You will receive an email with the information of your potential customer, and you can accept or decline this request on the Nomad Coworkplatform.

Currently, we do not take payment for the bookings, or manage any transactions with users. Once the user arrives to the coworking space, you can ask him for the payment before or after he completes his stay, depending on your payment policies.

Yes. You can send your customer a message through the Nomad Cowork platform, once you have accepted the user's booking request. If additional communication is needed, you will also receive their email and phone number, so you can have additional contact if required.

Users may cancel the booking at any time, and you will be notified by email automatically. We encourage our users to notify you every time this happens, so you are aware of the reason. As the are no payments, no additional actions are required by Nomad Cowork. You are free to contact the user for feedback.

You can cancel the reservation at any time and the user will be notified by us automatically. We encourage you to notify the user why you are cancelling to ensure a positive user experience. If you are able to provide other options for the user to work or stay, it will be appreciated by both us and the user. As the are no payments, no additional actions are required by Nomad Cowork.


Memberships

Memberships allows you to have better management of who is in your space, but it is not mandatory to use.

If you use our Room Reservation feature, using the Membership feature enables you to control who is allowed to make room reservations.

In the future, we will also integrate Memberships with our upcoming Events and Interactions features.

The use of our Membership feature is 100% free. However, to feature is optimized to work alongside our other (paid) features, such as our Room Reservation feature. For instance, it allows you to control better who is allowed to make room reservations in your space. Interested in what features we offer?

The Activation Code is a code that a user can use to automatically become a member of your space. Once the member clicks on become member in your space detail page, they will be able to join without the need for you to accept the membership request. You can find your personalized activation code in the Membership section of your space administration page.

No. You are able to add members to you community, but they need to create an account on Nomad Cowork first. You are not able to create a username for your co-worker space member, they must create the account on their own.

No, but is recommended.

When you are inside the Room Reservations section of your space administration page, in the “Permission” section of the “Settings” tab, you can select the option “Everyone”. This will allow anyone with a Nomad Cowork account to reserve a room. Keep in mind that this leaves your space open for anyone with a Nomad Cowork account to reserve a meeting room in your coworking space.
